Now that we’re fully settled into our new space at Gateway, I wanted to personally thank you for your outstanding work in bringing our new Sydney office to life.
Having worked with you on our first Australian office in 2022, we already knew we were in good hands, but you’ve once again exceeded all expectations. The space is not only beautifully designed and highly functional, but it also captures the professionalism and global identity we were hoping for.

One of the key things that stood out when working with Facilitate Corp was their ability to meet us where we were at as a company. We’re a young, scrappy and fast growing start-up looking to focus on scaling the product and company, so a project such as an office design and fit-out can bring complexities and potential for distraction. The team communicated transparently with us, pushed along with a very tight construction timeframe, and the process was seamless.

As the senior sponsor of this project, I was exceptionally well supported by the Facilitate team throughout the process. Communication was open and transparent, and the build management was exceptionally robust from start to finish.

We are now firmly embedded in our fabulous new facility in Barangaroo which we are absolutely delighted with. We are truly appreciative of the hard work and dedication from your team which helped us deliver this outstanding new premise within what was, a very tight project timeframe. The planning and detail required to ensure the timetable was met cannot be understated.

We engaged Facilitate to design our new offices in Sydney and they delivered a space that we’re so proud to work in. The team spent the time to understand who we are and how we work, enabling them to design a space that’s purpose built to help us function at our best.
From the collaborative spaces to the quiet corners, and even the outdoor garden, we have a “home” we can truly feel comfortable in.

Your professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail ensured that this project would be nothing but a success. No task was too small and your unwavering commitment to the project ensured that it was delivered on time and within budget, even through Covid and the challenges that this presented.

Their expertise and knowledge of the costings, construction and contracts made them instrumental
to the project. They were able to pick up certain details that were regularly missed and asked valid
questions during the assessment of the claims.

Their approach from start to finish was very professional - from the quality of their tender response, working with all the preliminaries for the building approvals, working closely with our design team, coordinating trades, managing contract variations, and assisting with the process for Landlord incentive claims. All first class and a great result achieved despite the significant COVID lockdown restrictions in Victoria throughout the build – they were a very good driver in heavy traffic.

Working with the Facilitate team was an absolute dream. From the start, they were professional and easy to work with with a problem-solving attitude.
