Facilitate was engaged by Fitch Ratings to provide design and project management services for their new 750sqm office fitout space in Sydney.
Designing the project provided some early space planning challenges as Fitch Ratings required three secure separate tenancies within the one business whilst maintaining shared access to front of house meeting rooms, breakout space, comms room and central storage.
The space was accepted by Facilitate as ‘cold shell’ and delivery of the space, including landlord works, had to be completed in eight weeks. Covid-19 restrictions were managed carefully on site resulting in a very appreciative client.
