Facilitate was engaged for a turn key solution to assist Pemba with designing, coordinating and constructing their new office at the Gateway building across from Sydney’s iconic Circular Quay Station. Despite the challenges of Covid with labour shortages, material shortages and surging construction costs, Facilitate were still able to deliver on-time, within budget, and present with a design that reflected Pemba’s unique brand identity and culture.
