Facilitate provided site selection services and were then engaged to provide a full design-build service. The new site of 1100m2 involved Warner’s brief to create a space both for staff as well as hosting music artists when they are in town.
Acoustics and Audio Visual in the office were critical factors, with a Content Recording Room, an Artist Lounge and Listening Room being very unique requirements in an office fitout. The Facilitate team took the challenge head on and ensured a functional brief and concept was developed. Simultaneously, managing the budgeting of these items closely with the client throughout, meant the process was efficient, streamlined and there were no nasty surprises.
The project was successfully delivered on time and feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive.
