Warner Music Case Study
After decades in the same office building, Warner Music Australia required new space for their operations. Facilitate were engaged to manage the project from inception to completion. The new site, located on ground floor, 60 Union Street, Pyrmont, was 1100m2 and Warner’s brief was to create a space both for staff as well as hosting music artists when they are in town. It was important to promote their professional, mature side but with a sense of fun and excitement which is synonymous with the music industry.
Acoustics and Audio Visual in the office were critical factors, with a Content Recording Room, an Artist Lounge and Listening Room being very unique requirements in an office fitout. The Facilitate team took the challenge head on and ensured a functional brief and concept was developed. Simultaneously, managing the budgeting of these items closely with the client throughout, meant the process was efficient, streamlined and there were no nasty surprises.
The project was successfully delivered on time and feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive.
