Facilitate were engaged by Oracle to project manage 2200m of design construct fit out works in Melbourne.

The project was unique as the recently acquired Aconex wanted to keep the start up tech feel but incorporate the large global design standards of Oracle.

Key communal areas that drove office culture & cross departmental interactions was of key importance in the overall design. Acting as the ‘heart’ of the business, the centralised breakout area was designed to bring together employees regardless of where they worked, or what they did. A vibey street atheistic and attention to detail really makes this office not only functional, but a great place to work!!!
