Building on our global relationship with Nutanix, Facilitate was appointed for Nutanix’s Sydney relocation project. In collaboration with M Moser and FDC Construction, Facilitate delivered a new workplace using local artwork and graphic installations, that align with Nutanix’s global organisational values.
The contemporary office design, accommodates higher staff levels within a diverse and flexible workplace setting. The works involved the construction of the new Townhall / Breakout space, polished concrete floors, new exposed ceiling services, and feature ceilings and a kitchen that has café style appliances and artwork from Australian artists.
The project achieved Silver LEED accreditation.
