ServiceNow Tokyo Case Study
Following the success of Facilitate’s collaboration with ServiceNow in Sydney, our APAC team was appointed as the Project Manager for ServiceNow’s new office in Tokyo. The team was required to drive the project fitout works while integrating with the Building Manager who were responsible for the MEP and major building works.
The project was 33,000 square feet and required a very strict approach to procurement of long lead items and selection of materials and products to meet the schedule handover date. Facilitate delivered the project within budget and on the required date of 20th November 2019.
