Facilitate was engaged to deliver project management services for the fit-out of a new workplace for a global audio streaming company in Mumbai, as part of a broader global portfolio. The workplace was envisioned as a vibrant, inclusive and brand-led destination that reflects both the client’s global identity and the cultural richness of India.
The design transforms a constrained base building into a dynamic, experience-driven environment. A centralised planning approach unlocks natural light and circulation, while an immersive arrival sequence introduces the brand through light and sound.
At the heart of the workplace, a communal hub inspired by the traditional Indian Aangan creates a flexible space for collaboration, events and connection. Layered work settings, from open collaboration areas to quiet focus zones, support diverse work styles and wellbeing.
The result is a culturally grounded, future-focused workplace that strengthens the client’s presence in a key growth market.
