Triggered by the need for a more fit-for-purpose workplace, Clyde & Co committed to new office space at Harcourt Centre, a premium A Grade development within Dublin’s central professional services hub.
As a people-centred organisation, Clyde & Co sought a workplace that authentically reflects its culture and values: professional without being ostentatious, and sophisticated yet grounded. The Dublin office was designed to align with the firm’s global brand while embracing its established design ethos, guided by three core principles – elegance, minimalism and brand consistency.
The design approach focused on creating a lighter, more refined and distinguished environment. Spaces were conceived to feel open, calm and visually balanced, with a restrained material palette that supports a clean, uncluttered aesthetic. Pale timbers, light grey carpets, soft metals, concrete finishes and glass were carefully layered to enhance simplicity and a sense of spaciousness.
Delivered over a 12-week programme, the project included a partial HVAC upgrade and was completed by our local team in close collaboration with a network of Dublin-based consultants. This project builds on Facilitate’s ongoing relationship with Clyde & Co, having successfully delivered multiple workplaces for the firm across various locations.
