Facilitate was appointed as Project and Cost Manager for this leading global audio-streaming company.
The office was designed to align with their dynamic workplace strategy with different work settings to cater to various needs. Innovative aspects include a digital tunnel and a stage / cafe area. The project was delivered amid the COVID pandemic with the challenges of limited workforce, and with establishment of safety management control to segregate the different work trades onsite.
