To support Okta’s continued growth and expanding operational requirements in the Dublin market, a commitment was made to new office space at Shelbourne House, a modern, Grade A commercial development within the prestigious Ballsbridge business district.
With an existing fitout in place, Facilitate delivered a targeted refurbishment, introducing a new kitchen and social hub, a town hall space, enhanced collaboration areas, and upgraded furniture. A key component of the project was the implementation of a new, integrated AV platform across all meeting rooms and shared spaces, enabling seamless communication and supporting hybrid working.
Facilitate provided both project management and principal contracting services, delivering the works, including a communications room upgrade, within an accelerated eight-week programme in collaboration with local consultants.
