Facilitate were recently engaged to manage this three floor 80,000sf office fitout for Splunk in the Gateway at Legacy building.
A standout feature of the fitout is the grand interconnecting staircase joining the three levels. The fitout includes a large all-hands area, game room, large break area and a tech stop counter, while each floor represents a textile – fabric, wood and masonry theme.
