Facilitate has delivered the two-floor high-end office fitout for HotelsCombined / KAYAK in a former warehouse in Sydney’s Chippendale.
Our team worked to ensure the highest quality completion of the works which included: concierge area with a ‘Meet & Greet’ area; office and open workspaces with breakout collaboration spaces; large boardroom and meeting rooms; communal central hub “All Hands” area; coffee bar and ‘DRINKSCOMBINED’; and End of Trip facility with showers and lockers.
Works also included the modification of base building services and fully integrated AV systems throughout the meeting rooms and multifunction spaces. Facilitate with its partners delivered the commercial workspace, achieving the original programme completion dates and within budget requirements.
The end product truly represented a great result by all concerned.
