As Oracle expanded its Brisbane footprint, the organisation secured additional space on Level 13 of 340 Adelaide Street to complement its existing Level 16 workplace. Facilitate provided independent project management services for the delivery of a 506m² fitout designed to support collaboration, flexibility and employee wellbeing.
The workplace incorporates 28 workstations, 13 drop-in positions, two large conference rooms, huddle rooms, meeting spaces and dedicated collaboration zones. A welcoming meet-and-greet area, staff hub, wellness room, communications room and extensive storage facilities were also integrated to support day-to-day operations.
The result is a flexible, high-performing workplace that provides Oracle with additional capacity while creating spaces for focused work, collaboration and connection.
