Facilitate was appointed by Crowdstrike as the Project Managers for their relocation and fitout project. Without a full operating team in Japan as yet, the project was primarily steered through their headquarters in America.
Localised interior design and MEP engineering teams were appointed and managed under Facilitate. Working through COVID-19, Facilitate was able to manage the building teams and coordinate a schedule slide of only one month from original target while maintaining the original budget.
