Scyne Perth.

As Scyne established its national workplace strategy, consistency across locations was a key priority. Facilitate was engaged to develop a National Playbook that defined a cohesive brand identity, standard workplace look and feel, and space planning guidelines to inform future fitouts across the business.

Building on this strategic foundation, Facilitate was commissioned to manage Scyne’s relocation from Brookfield Place to Central Park in Perth. The new workplace features a flexible front-of-house meeting area connected to a multi-functional social hub, supported by a predominantly open-plan environment with a range of meeting rooms, a wellness room and a dedicated library.

Working closely with the client, the project incorporated Neurodivergent workplace considerations and Design for Dignity principles to create a more inclusive employee experience. A geo-zoning strategy was also implemented to support intuitive wayfinding, using Western Australia-inspired glazing manifestations and meeting room naming conventions to strengthen local connection and workplace identity.

The result is a workplace that balances consistency with local character, creating a flexible environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing and future growth.
