Engaged by Splunk for the delivery of a dynamic new workplace located over three floors in a prime London location, Facilitate’s Manage-Build delivery commenced with with a discovery & programming process to learn about Splunk’s different London user groups. Surveys and workshops conducted with various business units guided the workplace design. This resulted in a workplace that accommodates the nuances of exoskeleton building, microcultures and unique Splunk workflows while maintaining a core that supports all types of needs.
