As part of our global partnership with Okta, we successfully delivered a 10,000sqft expansion of their Broadway office in New York City. This project reflects our commitment to creating high-performing workplaces that support both operational needs and employee wellbeing.

The expanded space features two modern conference rooms, a dedicated wellness area, collaborative open workspaces, a vibrant breakroom, and a full-floor HVAC upgrade – enhancing comfort, efficiency, and overall functionality.

This New York project builds on a series of workplace solutions we’ve delivered for Okta around the world, including a tailored office in Toronto. Our global collaboration spans major cities such as Sydney, Tokyo, Dublin, Warsaw, and London—each project reflecting our ability to deliver consistent quality, navigate local complexities, and support Okta’s evolving workplace strategy.
