The Datadog Korea office relocation was driven by the need to establish a permanent workplace that supports projected business growth, both in capacity and infrastructure, while aligning with global standards. The project involved the delivery of a 10,764sqft office on Level 13 of Bithumb Financial Tower in Seoul’s Gangnam Business District.
Facilitate provided end-to-end project management across design, construction, relocation, and reinstatement of the existing space. Working closely with Datadog’s Europe-based client team, we acted as the single point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, timely decision-making, and coordination across all stakeholders.
The goal was to translate Datadog’s global brand and values into a cohesive and engaging workplace, balancing creativity with consistency in design execution. Through proactive management and close collaboration, we successfully delivered a high-quality outcome, building strong relationships and trust with all project partners along the way.
