Asahi Beverages’ new APAC headquarters is one of Melbourne’s most significant workplace projects in recent years, bringing together more than 1,000 people into a purpose-built environment designed for connection, collaboration and growth.
Facilitate was engaged to provide end-to-end project management, partnering closely with Asahi and the consultant team from concept through to delivery. Spanning approximately 8,800sqm across multiple floors, the project required careful coordination of stakeholders, programme, budget and design to deliver a workplace aligned to a diverse and evolving business.
The vision was to create a destination workplace that draws people together while supporting different ways of working. The result is a highly connected environment, anchored by feature staircases and a vibrant social hub on Level 20. Double-height volumes, hospitality-inspired spaces, a central bar, operational café and integrated digital experiences combine to create a memorable and engaging setting for both employees and visitors.
Delivered through strong collaboration between Asahi, the consultant team and delivery partners, the new headquarters provides a future-ready workplace that will support the business as it continues to grow across the Asia Pacific region.
