Encompassing a new workplace model for RSM, Facilitate managed the project delivery which includes 40 partner offices plus open plan working areas, interconnecting stairs across 3 levels, and breakout spaces to bring everyone together.
For this 3200sqm project, Facilitate’s scope also included a building search & viability assessment, lease negotiations, and management of the strict budget/cost control requirements.
