Facilitate were commissioned to project manage this small but crafted office fitout for Charter Hall.
The goal was to create an office with a distinctly ‘Western Australian’ flavour which was achieved with zoned & themed workspaces. Local materials & products were used throughout the fitout.
The client’s brief to achieve WELL Certification. Working in conjunction with EMF Griffiths Consultants we ensured all WELL parameters were met throughout design & construction.
The project was delivered in 5 weeks.
