Facilitate was appointed by Pega to manage the relocation and fit‑out of their new Singapore office at DUO Tower, along with reinstatement works at their former Millenia Tower premises.
Working closely with Pega’s global IT and AV teams, our project and in‑house design teams delivered a workplace that blends functionality, brand identity, and flexibility. The space features clean architectural lines, natural timber finishes, and thoughtful touches of Pega’s corporate colours to create a professional, modern, and welcoming environment. Key areas include a warm reception, an open and ergonomic workspace, and collaboration zones designed to support connection and teamwork.
Through strong collaboration and clear alignment with Pega’s evolving needs, the project was delivered on schedule and met all client objectives—resulting in a high‑quality workplace that enhances operational performance and employee experience.
