Facilitate was appointed as the lead project managers and MEP engineers for Alteryx’s office expansion project. Facilitate coordinated and activated all the consultant and third party vendors, and worked predominantly with the Alteryx Global team coordinating budget and schedules during the COVID-19 lockdown and multiple emergency declarations within Tokyo.
IT, AV and Sec global teams needed localization & coordination of the installation and commissioning of works due to travel restrictions in and out of Japan. The project was very successfully completed within schedule and on budget to the client’s satisfaction.
