Flight Club Newtown is a vibrant 980sqm social entertainment venue delivered for Night Owl Entertainment Group within a heritage building. Combining premium hospitality with Flight Club’s signature social darts experience, the venue features a full bar, interactive gaming spaces and high-quality finishes designed to create an engaging destination for groups and events. As Facilitate’s third project for the client, the venue builds on a successful partnership and lessons learned from previous Flight Club deliveries.
Engaged under a Design and Build model, Facilitate managed consultant coordination, authority approvals, contractor procurement and construction delivery through to completion. The project transformed the existing building into a dynamic venue featuring a full bar, acoustic treatments, complex services integration and premium hospitality finishes.
Delivered within a tight programme, the project required careful management of heritage considerations alongside fire, accessibility and local authority requirements. Through proactive stakeholder management, programme certainty and cost control, Facilitate successfully delivered a high-quality venue that supports Flight Club’s continued growth.
