Rob is the Founder and Principal of Facilitate Corporation. A graduate of Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a minor in Law, Rob has a unique perspective shaped by his experience in both professional real estate firms and interior design organisations. Recognising a gap in the market for project management firms that truly understood the intricate details of both real estate and construction, he set out to create a comprehensive, client-focused solution.
In 1999, Rob established Facilitate Corporation to deliver managed build services to U.S. and European multinationals expanding into the Asia-Pacific market. Under his leadership, the company has grown organically, expanding its global footprint with representation in the USA and EMEA, complementing its strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
As CEO, Michael leverages a career built on leadership and a deep understanding of the construction industry to inspire and guide high-performing teams. Starting his journey with hands-on roles at a leading construction company, he quickly gained managerial expertise and a reputation for excellence. He later advanced his skills as a freelance subcontractor, where he led teams in managing construction sites and delivering projects successfully.
Michael’s leadership is defined by his ability to foster strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. With expertise in project and design management, cost control, and contractor/consultant coordination, he empowers his teams to achieve exceptional results. Dedicated to cultivating a culture of excellence, Michael drives his organization to consistently deliver projects of the highest quality while maintaining strong client relationships and team cohesion.
Allan brings over two decades of progressive leadership across the construction industry, underpinned by deep operational expertise and a strong foundation in project delivery. Starting his career as a carpenter and joiner in 1999, Allan’s hands-on experience and technical acumen have shaped his pragmatic, solution-oriented leadership style. His ascent through site and project management roles has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle—from ground-level execution to strategic oversight.
Allan is a commercially astute and results-focused executive, responsible for driving operational performance, aligning business functions, and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple, large-scale projects. He excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing enterprise-wide budgets, and building systems that support scalable, efficient project execution. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Nick has held senior leadership roles across design management, construction, and land development. Beginning his career as an architect at one of Australia’s largest architectural firms in Melbourne, he developed a comprehensive skill set that enabled him to transition into executive roles at leading construction firms across Sydney and New South Wales.
Nick first collaborated with Facilitate from 2015 to 2018, playing a key role in delivering high-profile projects for global organizations such as X (formally Twitter), RSM, Xero, and Nutanix. Recognized for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, optimize project outcomes, and drive operational excellence, he brings a strategic approach to complex project execution.
After relocating to the United States, Nick joined BSD, a general contracting firm in San Diego, where he further expanded his expertise in construction management. Now rejoining Facilitate, he applies his extensive experience in client-side project management to lead teams and oversee major developments across the U.S. His leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.
With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Ben has built his career on leading teams to deliver complex projects with clarity and confidence. His leadership style combines strategic foresight with practical execution, guiding national programs that span new builds, refurbishments, and fitouts across Australia.
Previously a National Manager at Built, Ben was instrumental in expanding operations in WA, ACT and NSW, where he oversaw complex high-value projects in live environments and fostered a culture of team, growth, trust and accountability.
As National Director for Australia at Facilitate, Ben leads with a vision centred on operational excellence, collaboration, and client success. He is passionate about empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and delivering outcomes that scale with ambition, setting the standard for Facilitate’s national delivery.
Tom is a highly experienced property professional with over 20 years in the industry, holding MRICS and MCIOB qualifications. His expertise spans design, construction, building surveying, and the corporate leasing and facilities sector, with hands-on project delivery for multiple occupier clients. As a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Tom has a broad range of experience in the commercial property industry across Europe, Oceania, and APAC.
In his role as Principal EMEA, Tom plays a key part in leading Facilitate’s expansion into Europe. He works closely with corporate real estate professionals from large multinational organisations, focusing on their expansion needs across the EMEA region. By understanding their capital plans and organizational objectives, Tom develops tailored design and construction management solutions to address their evolving global real estate requirements.
Emily is a creative and strategically driven Interior Designer with over 20 years’ experience leading the design of transformative workplaces across Australia, China, Europe, and the US. As Global Design Director, she provides creative leadership and strategic guidance, ensuring every project delivers not only design excellence but also aligns with client aspirations and business objectives.
Emily is recognised for her ability to inspire teams and stakeholders, bringing clarity and vision to complex projects. She balances brand identity, functional performance, wellness, and sustainability to create workplaces that are both impactful and enduring. As Principal of Client Services for EMEA, Steven is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded at every stage of the project journey.
