Facilitate partnered with global software innovator Xero to deliver its new San Mateo workspace in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area. Building on our long‑standing collaborations across Sydney, Singapore, Melbourne, and London, this project reflects our ability to deliver globally consistent yet locally relevant workplaces that embody brand purpose and enhance team connection.

This U.S. headquarters relocation represented more than a move for Xero, it was a strategic opportunity to shape a workspace that truly reflects its brand culture and growth ambitions in North America. Facilitate led the process end‑to‑end, from workplace strategy and space planning through to design development and delivery management, partnering with a top‑tier local consultant team to ensure regional insight and global alignment.

Our independent project management approach ensured transparency, collaboration, and efficiency across time zones, bridging Xero’s global workplace vision with local expertise. Every aspect of the design focused on connection, wellbeing, and adaptability reflecting Xero’s people‑first ethos and reinforcing the brand’s focus on innovation and community.
