NEA – Menlo Park Headquarters Refresh
Facilitate partnered with NEA, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm, to transform their Menlo Park headquarters and align the space with evolving ways of working. The project focused on creating a more collaborative and flexible environment, starting with a reconfigured layout that introduced an open-plan area for team gatherings and client-facing events.
To enhance connectivity and flow, large French doors were added, seamlessly linking the interior with the adjacent patio for indoor-outdoor experiences. In response to NEA’s growing content and media needs, a private office was converted into a fully equipped on-site podcast studio – providing a dedicated space for dynamic storytelling and engagement.
