NEA – Menlo Park Headquarters Refresh
Facilitate partnered with NEA, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm, to transform their Menlo Park headquarters and align the space with evolving ways of working. The brief was clear: create a space that reflects NEA’s fast‑moving culture while supporting both internal teamwork and meaningful client engagement.
At the heart of the transformation is a dynamic open‑plan hub that now acts as the social and functional centre of the workplace. Designed to encourage spontaneous interaction and seamless collaboration, the space flexes effortlessly between day‑to‑day work, team gatherings, and client‑facing events. Expansive French doors open directly onto the patio, dissolving the boundary between indoors and out and enabling a natural flow for meetings, events, and informal connection. An underutilised private office was also repurposed into a fully equipped audio and video studio, supporting NEA’s growing focus on content creation and thought leadership.
From early visioning through to final handover, Facilitate led the project end‑to‑end, coordinating design, delivery, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a seamless outcome. The result is a future‑ready workplace that supports NEA’s ways of working today, while remaining adaptable for what’s next.
