Working closely with Canaccord and Hot Black Architecture, the fit-out reflects a refined, functional design tailored to the needs of a leading global financial services firm. The space features a strategic mix of open-plan work areas, private offices, collaborative zones, and premium amenities—including a Chairman’s Lounge, multiple meeting rooms, breakout areas, and staff facilities.
